I'm a materials scientist and data scientist. Most of my work has a focused on electronic/thermal/ionic transport, quantum mechanics, defect metrology, and crystal growth.

I'm a Coutesy Research Associate at the Univeristy of Oregon Ange Lab where I mentor PhD students. I am passionate about education and have several hobby projects in the education technology space. One is a tool for easily publishing educational content online called texedbook.
Music
Multi-instrumentalist, singer, song-writer, and band director. In Raleigh I manage the group Riley from Iowa.
